The Executive Team Leaders behind Staff Right Recruiting
Kaycee is Staff Right’s Director of Recruiting. She also serves as Staff Right’s sister company, Work Right NW, as the Director of Recruiting, Payroll and Benefits. She is a people and culture specialist and creative genius with over 10 years of experience in the healthcare and recruiting field. Her passion lies in getting to know people, work alongside others, and find the RIGHT fit for those in need of employment.
Apart from Staff Right, she is a wife and mom of two children. Living in the Pacific NW, she spends a lot of the spring and summer months boating on the lake and camping. During the winter months, the family often hosts game nights and playdates!
Michelle is Staff Right’s Administrative Specialist. She also supports the Executive Team with Work Right NW as the Executive Assistant. This means she wears lots of hats and has her hands full with any number of the crossover elements between the two companies. Since joining Work Right in 2020, she’s been excited to have her role expand to include the recruiting process.
She is a wife and mother to two children who keep her busy shuttling them to and from dance and sports practices. Apart from her chauffeur duties, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, boating, camping, and being outdoors.
